GOD IS ASKING.".AM I GOING TO LOSE YOU?"

By Irving Serrano Sr

A song writer once sang a song; will I see you in September? Or lose you, to a summer love? This song illustrates a couple that obviously share strong feelings for one another. Young school kids, entering their summer brake. Then naturally these kids would part ways, and go on vacation with their folks. This song writer expresses his concern, knowing that while they are apart. One of them may very likely meet someone else. This is a reality for those who walk in Christ. This is the time of year when most people arrange to take off from work, and go on vacation. It really does not matter if you travel across the states. Or if you just take a holiday, in your own back yard. Some people go to Las Vegas, and for some strange reason. They think they are above the law. They feel they could just do what ever they want. Now for those of us who walk in Christ, Christians who are born again. Our way of thinking is much different. We have and hold a loyalty to our God. We conduct ourselves in a way pleasing to God. Yes! We can travel, yes! we can go off and enjoy anything we put into plan. But we never exclude Christ. By our actions, and by our speech. We show the world that Christ is with us. You can be under a mango tree in Puerto Rico, or you can be getting a tan in Florida. Just know that God, can be with you also. But God gave us all a free will. He wants us to love and serve Him, by our own will. Now just ask yourself. Are you healthy? Are earning money? Are your Children prospering? If you answered yes, then be thankful to God, who made it all possible. And if by chance you answered no, still be thankful to God, and I urge you to take a closer step towards God. He will answer your prayers. No matter what the issue, no matter the circumstances. Remember where man says no. God can say Yes! Look always for His Divine plan in your life. Seek His will in all things, Trust in Him with all your might, and He will grant you the desires of your heart. God should not be asking you; is He going to lose you to something that you may get involved with, while your away. He knows He too can be there, with you. But He won`t force His way. He wants you to invite Him along, on your daily walk. In all you do. I pray these few words are a blessing to you, as they have been for me. May God bless you.
 Love always, Irving Serrano Sr.
